OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Osteria Mandras Lentas, is a gourmet restaurant, located in the heart of the historic center of the city of Alghero | Sardinia;
our dishes perfectly combine the traditional flavors of Sardinian and Alghero cuisine with a touch of modernity.
Chef Patron Francesco Pais, after years of international experience in prestigious starred restaurants and various awards, including the golden hedgehog in 2015, has decided to bring his culinary art to his city, thus realizing his dream.
He is the one who personally took care of the biodynamic cultivation of his products, to guarantee maximum genuineness and quality.
The young, dynamic and prepared staff is an expression of the imprint that he wanted to give to his restaurant, it is always him, in fact, to coordinate the organization of the kitchen and the care of the room, thus creating the perfect atmosphere where to spend a romantic dinner, a business lunch or a simple dinner with friends.
