AKENTA Cantina S.Maria La Palma

Careful selection of Vermentino di Sardegna Doc grapes, expertly hand-picked and sparkling in autoclave (Charmat method); aged 6 months sur lie. Through this process the yeasts enhance fragrant aromas and allow the formation of a fine and persistent perlage.

Color: Bright light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: Intense of white and yellow flowers with a good fruitiness, which is perfectly combined with a light note of bread crust.
Taste: It has a good body, fresh, soft and pleasantly savory.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif and ideal to accompany all dishes based on fish, seafood and shellfish.
