Color: Intense golden yellow tending to amber.

Taste: Silky fluidity, sweetly soft, sumptuous and full-bodied. A good flavor balances the sweet sensations, and offers the taster a very long finish of dried fruit, apricot, small toasted fruits and delicate spices.

Scent: Broad and complex, decidedly aromatic, on the nose it expresses a bouquet of dried acacia flowers, apricot jam, candied citrus fruits and sweet vanilla and spicy notes on the finish.

Pairing: Perfect in combination with blue and seasoned cheeses, it can be well combined with spicy dry pastries.
