About This Project

Sartiglia comes from the vineyards of cannonau espalier, with guyot pruning and spurred cordon, bred at the foot of Mount Arci, at two hundred meters above sea level, with yields between seventy and eighty quintals per hectare. Monte Arci is the massif that dominates the Campidano di Oristano: a relief of volcanic origin characterized by the presence of obsidian, the typical eruptive black glass – hence the name of “obsidian lands”.

TASTING NOTES

This wine is presented in the glass with its beautiful ruby red robe, animated by lively reflections sign of its youth and the presence of other vines.

On the nose Sartiglia gives vinous and red fruit notes, such as plums, slightly spicy hints and some herbaceous nuances.

In the mouth Sartiglia is a warm wine, of good freshness and flavor, pleasantly balanced and of pleasant persistence.

RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS

Sartiglia is accompanied by red meats that are not too structured, such as grilled pork and white meats, and cheeses of medium seasoning and structure, such as smoked provola.

It is advisable to serve at a temperature of 16-18 ° C
