The PG Rosa by Moreno Ferlat is a Pinot Grigio that offers an original way for this particular variety. “Gray” grape that gives life to wines often classified as white, if vinified in contact with the skins, as in this case, it gives classically “pink” wines, with a deep coppery color.

Aroma: The pleasantly macerative aromas recall pomegranate juice, wild strawberry jam, rosemary and a touch of orientalism.

Taste: With an excellent taste substance, where the vitality and freshness of the wine are guaranteed by the non-performance, when possible, of the malolactic fermentation, while the sapid and glycerine thickness are induced by maceration of at least four days in contact with the skins, from the addition of partially fermented juice obtained by pressing part of the skins and resting on the fine lees. A complex process and careful to make the most of the aromatic integrity of this vine.
