A Vermentino di Sardegna white wine produced from 100% Vermentino grapes, vinified by pressing the destemmed grapes and subsequent static clarification of the musts, then fermented with temperature control in stainless steel vats. Various rackings follow up to the refinement period of at least 2 months in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

Giaru is a fresh and persistent wine with a straw yellow color, with slightly golden reflections, with a broad aroma with delicately fruity and mineral hints.

RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS

To accompany seafood dishes. Perfect as an aperitif.
