SU HASTRU E SU ORVU Cantina Mele

It was born in Mamoiada, a small “big” area of Cannonau. The Antonio Mele farm, totally family-run, is managed by two brothers Antonio and Salvatore. Although our history is very recent, the air of earth and wine has always been breathed at home. Our philosophy is completely natural, we let nature take its course at every stage of the production process. We process our grapes entirely, from the land, to the vine, to the grapes, to the wine, to the bottle. For this we intend to grow without haste, giving the required time to all the steps.
Born in our land in Mamoiada at 650 m asl, it is the wine that best reflects the qualities of our territory and is still processed according to tradition.

TASTING NOTES

Ruby red in color, with a strong nose, almost as wild as the mountain territory that surrounds it. In the mouth it is as deep as its origins.

RECOMMENDED COMBINATIONS

It goes very well with traditional dishes.
